Luxurious and prestigious are the two words that spring to mind to describe our magnificent presidential suite. It provides a king size bed in the bedroom, dining facilities in the lounge area and a work area with its own desk. 

 

The presidential suite is a luxurious suite providing a bedroom, a lounge and terrace. There is also the possibility of three extra bedrooms which can be booked separately (on request) and which connect with the lounge area by leaving the doors open in the corridor.

 

The living area measures some 180 m² and has a beautiful marble floor, and Sardinian-style furnishing and decoration. There are also some unique pieces of art and Oriental furniture.

 

Each room has its own private bathroom supplied with an exclusive range of luxury bathroom products. The main bathroom also has a whirlpool bathtub.

 

Off the main living room is the 600m² terrace with stunning views of the sea and the islands of La Maddalena. The 8x5 metre private whirlpool bathtub is made from local white marble. A pretty waterfall cascades towards the swimming pool. A dining area with plenty of soft, large cushions acts as a perfect refuge from the sun.

 

In a separate area there is a small kitchen available for catering services 24 hours a day (extra charge).

 

The external entrance, its incomparable location and its own private lift guarantee absolute intimacy.
