Thanks to its location, the Meliá Poltu Quatu is a perfect choice for combining business with pleasure for top quality business meetings within a sunny and relaxed atmosphere.
The 540 m² convention centre is equipped with the latest technology and has a main conference room and five smaller rooms. The centre can be divided into soundproof smaller units, according to the needs of the client, thanks to its modular panels.
The arched entrance is decorated with abstract, “Raku” ceramic sculptures and has specially designed windows, made from fragments of different sized and coloured glass, which create a multi-coloured lighting effect. The reception desk is made from white concrete and decorated with a copper surface. On the right is a unique stone sculpture, which looks as if it is bursting out of the wall, lit by three windows with natural light.
Along the walls leading to the main conference room there is antique furniture which contrasts nicely with the modern and innovative atmosphere of the centre. Next to the walls that separate the different rooms there are abstract sculptures made from white concrete, coloured glass and resin which decorate the lighting. The cast iron sculptures can also be used as shelves
The entrance to the cloakrooms is a wooden swing door taken from a Wild West saloon. Its original style is a fresh and effective alternative to the classic urban meeting room look. There is a technical team available in situ.
